Chest:
Standing up, hold a club behind you with your palms up. Bend your knees slightly as you raise your arms, and stick your chest out while moving your elbows and shoulders backward and up-ward. Gently squeeze your shoulder blades together and inhale as you try to feel the stretch in your chest. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, and then relax.
