Making your own facial packs are not only an economical way to care for your skin, but they also are far richer in healing properties and nutrients than commercial varieties. To prepare the following masks just blend the ingredients noted to form a thick paste, apply to skin, and relax for about 20 minutes. If you are busy, you can do stuff around the house while you are wearing them. I do! Recipe:
3 TB-Mashed fresh avocado
1 TB-Ground dried orange peel
3 TB-Marshmallow root decoction
3 TB-Warmed Honey
Recipe:
3 TB-Grated fresh apples with peel
3 TB-Mashed fresh peaches
3 TB-Dandelion root decoction
2 TB-Milk or goat milk

2 TB-Mashed Banana
3 TB-Rosewater
2 TB-Warmed honey

2 TB-Parsley infusion

Nourishing and Toning
Recipe:
2 TB-Fresh mashed strawberry
2 TB-Yogurt

2 TB-Calendula flower infusion

2 TB-Comfrey root decoction

4 TB-Creamed unprocessed honey slightly warmed
1 TB-Myrhh powder (If not available use 4 drops myrhh oil.)
