Dear Expert:

I’m interested in using inline skating for cardiovascular fitness, building endurance and burning off fat. Is that a realistic approach? What would you consider to be a good workout, in terms of time and/or distance? Should I employ speed as a training criteria? The terrain is normally quite flat where I skate.
